the staff seemed to want to rush me through check-in, despite there being no one else around. the bungalow was filled with dust, and i definitely expected a warmer welcome—perhaps an upgrade for all the trouble? i was almost ready to write a good review, but just couldn’t overlook the sheer disappointment.

Comfortable stay and good vibes

The chalet was super cozy with comfy beds, just what we needed after long park days. Staff were friendly, and it was nice to unwind at the outdoor dining area. Only wish the wifi was a bit stronger since we had trouble streaming! Perfect base for visiting Disneyland, too.

The facilities for kids are fantastic. The pool area kept my children entertained for hours with slides and crazy golf. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making our stay pleasant.

It was just a good match for a day tour in Villevaude with value for price. The bar had a friendly bartender who provided quick service while we watched a game. Avoid busy seasons if you want a quieter experience.

We also found some cleanliness issues, like dirty cutlery in the kitchen and a lack of towels during our stay. Plus, the noise from nearby guests and activities went on late into the night. It's clear that upgrades are needed for some of the dated cabins and outdoor areas, especially the muddy paths we had to navigate.
